Mornings. It’s nice when you can sleep in if you don’t have any important things to do, but on the other hand, you might miss the delightful moments only mornings provide. Calmness, peacefulness, and waking of nature. A cup of coffee on the balcony or in the nearby café will offer you the privilege to observe how the city and people are waking up. You witness the rising of the sun, waving of the sea, and filling up the city with life.

I’m a half morning person. I like to wake up early but I usually go to bed too late to wake up at 6 in the morning. But when I do, I love it. I like the feeling that if you wake up early the day becomes longer letting you achieve more during the day. One day during our weekend getaway in Opatija we woke up early and went by the sea to welcome a new day. It was magical. We heard the smallest waves and every bird. We went to the flower market to buy flowers for mothers day and jumped into the pool. All this before breakfast.

Beautiful and productive morning in which I wore a navy summer dress perfect for the sea. I bought this dress on the January sale in Zara. I’m all about affordable fashion. I grew up with it and for a long time, it was the only fashion I knew. Designer clothes are of course very beautiful, extravagant, hand made, and exquisite. But you can also look and feel confident and special with affordable fashion. You just need to style it in the right way.
