April was very exciting for Second Layer, especially because of the two completely new categories that premiered this month. It’s like one-year anniversary feeling doesn’t end.
The first new monthly section is called Wishlist where you can see and shop the clothes that are on the top of my wishlist. These are clothes that I would like to have and are not in my wardrobe yet. April’s wishlist was full of summer pink pieces. Maxi dresses, everyday dresses, and summer accessories. New wishlist is coming in May and every month after that. I hope you enjoy internet shopping as mush as I do. 🙂
Another new monthly section – and my personal highlight of April on the Second Layer for me – is a column about Slovenian fashion designers which are revealing their second layer to me and to you. The first fashion designer who opened the door to her creative world was Janja Videc. She is an amazing woman with great minimalistic aesthetic. The most thrilling and totally new thing on my blog is a podcast. First ever Second Layer podcast. Recording, editing, and uploading it was a hair-raising process. But when it was done I felt like a new chapter in Second Layer story is beginning. Really exciting times are in front of us! This section will also be published every month with a different Slovenian fashion designer.
